Performed Utility Expense Management program of all utility services. Identified billing errors, obtained credits for overbilled items, reconciled meter manufacturer specifications with bill calculations, compared all available tariff rates and riders and all experimental rates and riders to existing tariffs, negotiated new rates and contracts, audited all taxes on bills, made recommendations for past erroneous bill credits and future savings, assisted in analysis of acquisition of standby fuel source, provide detailed documentation of inventory of utility meters, numbers, specs at each site, performed implementation of all accepted recommendations and verified that changes had been properly posted to the accounts.
